We have ovulation - Again

I got my positive OPK today so the 10 day countdown to patches and Ganirelix has begun. Speaking of which, I have to schedule to have more delivered since I used up about half of my prescription the last round. I think I will wait until after my u/s on Tuesday to see what is happening with my cyst.
