Day 4 stim check

I went to the RE this morning and they counted 10 follicles. I know - a new record. But I am not getting to hung up on that number. It is only day 4 and there is a good chance that 2 of them could be cysts. I am going to keep with the same goal of 6-8 and hopefully we will have the great fertilization rate we had on the last round. I now have to order the rest of my meds and wait for the nurse to call with the estrogen number. It was 73.5 last IVF on day 4.
